By downloading, installing, or using the FANKICK application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License and Use

2.1 Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FANKICK for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions: You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape or bulk download data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service for any illegal purposes

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 FANKICK Content: All content in FANKICK, including design, graphics, code, and user interface, is owned by FANKICK or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Third-Party Content: Football data (match results, player statistics, league standings) is sourced from API-Football v3 and official league sources. We do not claim ownership of this data. Use of this data is subject to API-Football's terms of service.

3.3 User Content: Any content you submit (reviews, preferences, settings) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for improving our Service.

4. Disclaimers

4.1 "As Is" Basis: FANKICK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information.

4.2 Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, football data may contain errors or delays. We do not warrant the accuracy of match results, statistics, or other information provided through the Service.

4.3 Third-Party Services: The Service may rely on third-party services (API-Football, OneSignal, Google AdMob). We are not responsible for interruptions or failures of these services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANKICK shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
Service interruptions or data loss
Inaccurate or delayed information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (or USD $100, whichever is less).

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FANKICK to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Spam or engage in unsolicited communications
Spread malware or engage in hacking
Gamble or place bets through the Service

7. Third-Party Content and Links

FANKICK may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FANKICK if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FANKICK is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FANKICK regarding the Service.
